Rev. Rob Heffernan
LEAD PASTOR
Rob has almost two decades of pastoral ministry experience in four different provinces, serving full time in churches in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. Rob began his ministry here in March of 2015. He is a graduate of Crandall University (NB), Regent College (BC), and Acadia Divinity College (NS). Rob is passionate about the local church and continues to be amazed at how God works in and through broken people. He enjoys sports, good food, the gym, and the beach. Rob is married to Melissa and they have three children.

Ella Spencer
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Ella and her husband began attending Windsor Baptist Church in September 2020 and quickly knew it was home. After being baptized in the summer of 2021, Ella felt called to become more involved in the life of the church. She is grateful for the opportunity to use her God-given gifts in administration, children’s ministry, and on the worship team. Ella is thankful to be part of all that God is doing at WBC and considers it an honor to serve as the church continues to grow. She and her husband have a growing family with two children, three cats, a dog, and a snake. ​
